A PACK of wolves is a group of wolves that live and hunt together. Wolves are social animals and form packs to increase their chances of survival. Packs typically consist of an alpha male and female, their offspring, and other unrelated wolves. The alpha pair is usually the only ones to breed, and they lead the PACK in hunting and decision making. Packs of wolves can range in size from two to twenty or more individuals.
