Ivan Reitman is the director of the 1984 classic movie Ghostbusters. He is a Canadian-American film producer, director, and actor who has directed many successful films such as Stripes, Twins, Kindergarten Cop, and Dave. Reitman has been nominated for two Academy Awards and won a BAFTA Award for Best Original Screenplay for the 1993 comedy hit, Dave. He is also the founder of The Montecito Picture Company, a film production company.
