German Valley is a region located in the western part of Germany. It is composed of two distinct areas, the Ruhr and the Saar. The Ruhr is an industrial area located in the state of North Rhine-Westphalia and is known for its coal mining and steel production. The Saar is a region located in the state of Saarland and is known for its iron ore and coal mining. Together, these two regions form the German Valley.
