The Gem State, or IDAHO, is a state located in the northwestern region of the United States. It is the 14th largest state by area and the 39th most populous state in the country. IDAHO is known for its mountainous terrain, vast forests, and abundant natural resources. It is also home to the Snake River, which is the largest tributary of the Columbia River. IDAHO is nicknamed the Gem State due to its abundance of natural resources, including minerals, timber, and agricultural products.
