Othello is a two-player strategy game played on a 64-square board. It is also known as Reversi and is a classic abstract strategy game. The objective of the game is to have the majority of pieces turned to display your color when the game is over. Players take turns placing pieces on the board with their own color facing up. When a player places a piece, any pieces of the opponent's color that are in a straight line and bounded by the piece just placed and another piece of the current player's color are turned over to the current player's color. The game ends when either player has no more moves or when the board is full.
