Janet Reno was the former Attorney General of the United States, serving from 1993 to 2001. She was the first woman to hold the position and the longest-serving Attorney General of the 20th century. During her tenure, she oversaw a number of high-profile cases, including the Waco siege and the Elian Gonzalez case. She also implemented a number of reforms to the Department of Justice, including the establishment of the Office of Community Oriented Policing Services.
