Flight attendants, also known as stewards, are responsible for providing excellent customer service to passengers on board an aircraft. They ensure the safety and comfort of passengers during a flight, and provide assistance with seating, luggage, food and beverage services, and other duties. Flight attendants must be knowledgeable about emergency procedures and have the ability to remain calm in stressful situations. They must also be able to communicate effectively with passengers and crew members.
