A flawed protagonist, or antihero, is a character in a story who lacks the traditional heroic qualities of courage, strength, and morality. They are often portrayed as selfish, immoral, and/or cowardly, yet still manage to be the main character of the story. This type of character is often used to challenge the traditional idea of what a hero should be, and to provide a more realistic representation of human nature.
