Film critic REX Reed is an American film critic, journalist, and actor. He is best known for his reviews in the New York Observer and his celebrity interviews. He has also appeared in several films, including The Owl and the Pussycat and Myra Breckinridge. He has written several books on film criticism, including Do You Sleep in the Nude? and From Reel to Deal. He is a member of the National Society of Film Critics and the Broadcast Film Critics Association.
