Tina Fey is an American actress, comedian, writer, and producer who is best known for her work on Saturday Night Live (SNL). She was a cast member from 1997 to 2006 and served as the head writer from 1999 to 2006. She also created the critically acclaimed sitcom 30 Rock, which ran from 2006 to 2013. Fey is also known for her portrayal of Sarah Palin in SNL's 2008 election sketches. Fey has won numerous awards for her work, including nine Emmy Awards.
