The eye layers are three distinct parts of the eye that work together to help us see. Uveas is the middle layer of the eye, made up of the choroid, ciliary body, and iris. Corneas is the outermost layer of the eye, made up of transparent tissue that helps focus light. Retinas is the innermost layer of the eye, made up of light-sensitive cells that convert light into electrical signals that are sent to the brain. Together, these three layers of the eye allow us to see the world around us.
