Extrasensory Perception (ESP) is a term used to describe the ability to perceive information without using the five senses. It includes TELEPATHY, which is the ability to communicate with another person through thought, INSIGHT, which is the ability to understand something instinctively without conscious reasoning, and CLAIRVOYANCE, which is the ability to gain information about an object, person, location or physical event through means other than the known human senses.
