The EXPO 1970 SITE was Osaka, Japan. The event was the first World Exposition to be held in the Far East and was held from March 15th to September 13th of 1970. It was attended by over 64 million people and featured pavilions from over 60 countries. The theme of the exposition was 'Progress and Harmony for Mankind'. It was a major event in Japan's history and helped to promote international understanding and cooperation.
