Geri Halliwell, also known as Ginger Spice, is an English singer, songwriter, author, actress, and television personality. She rose to fame in the 1990s as a member of the girl group the Spice Girls, in which she was nicknamed Ginger Spice. Halliwell left the group in 1998 and released her debut solo album Schizophonic in 1999. She has since released two further studio albums – Scream If You Wanna Go Faster (2001) and Passion (2005) – and a string of successful singles, including 'Look at Me' (2000), 'It's Raining Men' (2001) and 'Ride It' (2003).
