The European mountain range is a vast and diverse landscape, with many different mountain ranges. The ALPS, with four letters, are the highest and most extensive mountain range in Europe, stretching from Austria and Slovenia in the east, through Italy, Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Germany to France in the west. The ALP, with three letters, is a smaller mountain range located in the eastern part of the ALPS, mainly in Switzerland and Austria. The Ural Mountains, with five letters, are a mountain range that stretches from north to south through western Russia and into Kazakhstan. Finally, the Pyrenees, with eight letters, are a mountain range that forms a natural border between France and Spain.
