Cicely Tyson is an Emmy Award-winning actress who has been in the entertainment industry for over six decades. She won her first Emmy in 1974 for her role in the television movie 'The Autobiography of Miss Jane Pittman'. In 2018, she won her second Emmy for her role in the television series 'How to Get Away with Murder'. Tyson is also a recipient of the Presidential Medal of Freedom, the highest civilian honor in the United States.
