An electrical cell is a device that converts chemical energy into electrical energy. It is composed of two electrodes, an electrolyte, and a separator. The electrodes are made of metal or graphite and the electrolyte is a liquid or gel. When a current is applied to the cell, the electrolyte reacts with the electrodes to produce an electric current. The separator prevents the electrodes from coming into contact with each other. Neurons are specialized cells in the nervous system that transmit electrical signals throughout the body. They are composed of a cell body, dendrites, and an axon. The cell body contains the nucleus and other organelles, while the dendrites receive signals from other neurons and the axon transmits signals to other neurons.
