Electric measure is a term used to describe the measurement of electrical properties such as voltage, amperage, and resistance. Voltage, or VOLT, is a measure of the potential difference between two points in an electrical circuit. Amperage, or AMP, is a measure of the rate of flow of electric current in a circuit. Resistance, or OHM, is a measure of the opposition to the flow of electric current in a circuit. All three of these measurements are important when measuring the electrical properties of a circuit.
