Edison Contemporary is a term used to refer to the work of inventor and scientist Thomas Edison. He is best known for his pioneering work in electricity, which led to the development of the light bulb, phonograph, and motion picture camera. Tesla, a five-letter word, is an homage to Edison's contemporary, Nikola Tesla, who was also a renowned inventor and scientist. Tesla is credited with inventing the alternating current (AC) electrical system, which is still used today.
