Easy Baskets is a term used in basketball to refer to shots that are relatively easy to make. Layups (6 letters) are shots taken close to the basket, usually while driving to the hoop. Tipins (6 letters) are shots taken from close range, usually off of a rebound or a missed shot. Both layups and tipins are considered easy baskets because they are close to the hoop and require less skill than a jump shot.
