He is known for his twangy guitar sound and has been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Nelson EDDY was an operatic baritone who had a successful career in musical theater and film. He was also a popular recording artist and was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Actor in 1939.
