Dry measure is a unit of measurement used to quantify the amount of dry goods such as grains, fruits, and vegetables. The most common units of dry measure are the ephah (5 letters), PECK (4 letters), BUSHEL (6 letters), and CAB (3 letters). An ephah is equivalent to 10 omers or one-tenth of a homer, and is equal to about 22 liters. A PECK is equal to 8 dry quarts, or 2 gallons. A BUSHEL is equal to 4 pecks, or 8 dry gallons. A CAB is equal to 2 dry gallons.
