A LIBERTINE is a person who is unrestrained by convention or morality, often engaging in promiscuous behavior. A RAKE is a man who leads a life of idleness and dissipation, especially one who is a womanizer. A ROUE is an elderly man who leads a life of debauchery and indulgence. All of these terms refer to someone who is considered to be morally or socially irresponsible.
