Tron is a 1982 science fiction film produced by Walt Disney Pictures. It was written and directed by Steven Lisberger, and stars Jeff Bridges as a computer programmer who is transported inside the software world of a mainframe computer. The film is considered one of the earliest examples of a feature-length computer-generated imagery film.
