Disney Exec Michael Eisner is a former American businessman who served as the Chief Executive Officer of The Walt Disney Company from 1984 to 2005. He was responsible for the company's resurgence and the launch of its successful media franchises, such as the Disney Channel, Pixar, and Marvel Studios. He also oversaw the acquisition of ABC and ESPN. Eisner is widely credited with transforming Disney into one of the world's most successful entertainment companies.
