TROTS stands for 'Test Runs and Outputs' which are tests that are run on a program to ensure it is working correctly. PONIES stands for 'Program Output Notations Interpreted by Executives' which are documents that explain the results of a program in a way that non-technical people can understand. Finally, CHEATSHEETS are documents that provide quick reference information for developers.
