A court decision maker is a referee (REF) who is responsible for making decisions in a court of law. They are responsible for ensuring that the proceedings are conducted in accordance with the law and that all parties involved are treated fairly. The referee is also responsible for making rulings on matters of law and fact, as well as issuing orders and judgments. The referee is an impartial third party who is not affiliated with either side of the dispute.
