A contractor is a person or business that provides services to another person or business. An ENTREPRENEUR is someone who organizes and operates a business or businesses, taking on greater than normal financial risks in order to do so. A BUILDER is someone who constructs buildings and other structures. Contractors, entrepreneurs, and builders are all involved in the construction industry, but they have different roles and responsibilities.
