Congress Half is a term used to describe the two chambers of the United States Congress, the HOUSE of Representatives and the Senate. The HOUSE of Representatives is the lower chamber of Congress and is composed of 435 members who are elected by the people of their respective districts. The Senate is the upper chamber of Congress and is composed of 100 members who are elected by the people of their respective states. Together, the HOUSE and Senate make up the bicameral legislature of the United States Congress.
