Stan Lee was a comic book creator who is widely regarded as one of the most influential creators in the history of comics. He is best known for co-creating Marvel Comics characters such as Spider-Man, the X-Men, Iron Man, Thor, the Hulk, and many others. He was also the editor-in-chief of Marvel Comics for two decades and served as its publisher for two more. Stan Lee was inducted into the Will Eisner Comic Book Hall of Fame in 1994 and the Jack Kirby Hall of Fame in 1995.
