A college semester is a period of time in which students attend classes and complete coursework at a college or university. It typically lasts for around 15 weeks, and is divided into two parts: the fall semester and the spring semester. During a college semester, students take classes, participate in extracurricular activities, and may even have the opportunity to study abroad. The TERM 'college semester' is used to refer to both the fall and spring semesters, as well as any other semesters that may be offered by a college or university.
