The term CO. BIGWIG is a combination of three job titles: COO (Chief Operating Officer), EXEC (Executive), and CEO (Chief Executive Officer). The COO is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company, while the EXEC is in charge of the overall strategy and direction of the organization. The CEO is the highest-ranking executive in the company and is responsible for making major decisions and setting the overall vision for the company. Together, these three positions form the leadership team of a company, and are collectively referred to as the CO. BIGWIG.
