A chunk of ice is a solid mass of frozen water, usually found in the form of an iceberg or glacier. A FLOE is a sheet or large flat piece of floating ice, while a BLOCK is a large, solid, rectangular-shaped piece of ice. Both floes and blocks are types of chunks of ice.
