Connie Chung is an American journalist and news anchor who has been a part of the television industry since the 1970s. She is best known for her work on CBS Evening News, NBC Nightly News, and CNN's Crossfire and Larry King Live. Chung was also the first female anchor to co-host a major network news program, CBS Evening News with Dan Rather. She has won numerous awards for her work in journalism, including two Emmy Awards and a Peabody Award.
