Twyla Tharp is a renowned American dancer, choreographer, and author. She is best known for her work in modern dance, which she has been doing since the 1960s. She has choreographed over one hundred and fifty works for both the stage and film, including the Broadway musicals Movin' Out and Come Fly Away.
