Charlottesville School, also known as UVA (3 letters), is a public university located in Charlottesville, Virginia. It was founded in 1819 and is the flagship university of the Commonwealth of Virginia. It is one of the oldest universities in the United States and is consistently ranked among the top universities in the world.
