The Croats are a South Slavic ethnic group native to Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and other parts of the Balkans. They are predominantly Roman Catholic and speak Croatian. The Serbs are also a South Slavic ethnic group native to Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and other parts of the Balkans. They are predominantly Orthodox Christian and speak Serbian.
