The carpal bones, also known as the carpus, are a group of eight small bones located in the WRIST. The two most prominent bones in the carpus are the radius and ULNA, which are located on either side of the WRIST. The radius is a long bone that runs from the elbow to the thumb side of the WRIST, while the ULNA is a shorter bone that runs from the elbow to the little finger side of the WRIST. Together, these two bones form the WRIST joint and provide stability and flexibility to the hand.
