Toni Kukoc is a Croatian former professional basketball player who played in the National Basketball Association (NBA). He was nicknamed 'The Waiter' because of his ability to deliver the ball to his teammates. Cager Kukoc is a combination of his nickname and his last name, which is pronounced 'Koo-kotch'. Kukoc was a three-time NBA champion with the Chicago Bulls and was named one of the 50 Greatest EuroLeague Contributors in 2008.
