Tom Brokaw is a well-known American journalist and television news anchor. He is best known for his work as the anchor and managing editor of NBC Nightly News from 1982 to 2004. Tom was preceded by Dan RATHER and succeeded by Brian Williams. He is also known for his work on the Today Show and Meet the Press. Brokaw has been honored with numerous awards, including the Presidential Medal of Freedom in 2014.
