The British choreographer Sir Frederick Ashton (6 letters) was a renowned dancer and choreographer who was born in 1904 and died in 1988. He was the founder of the Royal Ballet, and is considered to be one of the most influential choreographers of the 20th century. He created over 80 ballets during his career, and was known for his unique style which combined classical ballet with modern dance. His works are still performed today, and he is remembered as one of the greatest British choreographers of all time.
