The Battle of Belgium 1815 was a major battle of the Napoleonic Wars, fought between the French Empire and the Seventh Coalition. It took place on June 18th 1815 near the town of WATERLOO in Belgium. The battle was famously won by the British and Prussian forces under the command of the Duke of Wellington and Gebhard von Blücher, respectively. The victory at WATERLOO marked the end of Napoleon's rule in Europe and is remembered as one of the most decisive battles in history.
