Basketball No-No is a term used to describe any action that is against the rules of basketball. A FOUL is an illegal physical contact with an opposing player, such as pushing, holding, tripping, or striking. A handcheck is when a defensive player uses their hands to impede the progress of an offensive player. Both of these actions are considered Basketball No-No's and can result in a penalty for the offending player.
