Felipe ALOU is a former professional baseball manager who managed the Montreal Expos, San Francisco Giants, and the Oakland Athletics. He was born in the Dominican Republic and played in the Major Leagues for 17 years before becoming a manager. ALOU was the first Dominican-born manager in Major League Baseball and was named National League Manager of the Year in 1994. He is also the only manager to lead the Expos to a winning season.
