Barbecue dish is a term used to describe a variety of dishes that are cooked over an open flame or hot coals. Two common barbecue dishes are spareribs and RIBS. Spareribs are cut from the lower portion of the pig's rib cage and are usually larger than RIBS. RIBS are cut from the upper portion of the rib cage and are usually smaller than spareribs.
