An arm wrestling participant, also known as a pec, is someone who competes in the sport of arm wrestling. Arm wrestling is a physical competition between two people, where each person places one arm on a surface with their palms facing each other, and attempts to pin the other's arm down. The winner is the person who is able to pin the other's arm down. Arm wrestling participants must have strength and endurance in order to compete successfully.
