The Arabian Peninsula is a large peninsula located in the Middle East, bordered by the Red Sea to the west and the Persian Gulf to the east. It is home to five countries: SAUDI Arabia, Yemen, OMAN, Qatar, and the United Arab Emirates. Within these countries are four major cities: Aqaba, ADEN, Yemen, and OMAN. Aqaba is a port city located in Jordan on the Gulf of Aqaba, ADEN is a port city located in Yemen on the Gulf of ADEN, Yemen is a country located in the southwestern corner of the Arabian Peninsula, and OMAN is a country located in the southeastern corner of the Arabian Peninsula. SAUDI Arabia is the largest country in the region and is located in the center of the Arabian Peninsula.
