Aluminium Sulphate is an inorganic compound with the chemical formula Al2(SO4)3. It is a white crystalline solid that is highly soluble in water and is mainly used as a coagulating agent in the purification of drinking water and wastewater treatment plants, as well as in paper manufacturing. It is also used in the manufacture of other aluminium compounds, such as alumina and aluminium hydroxide.
