An airplane maneuver is a set of movements performed by an aircraft in order to change its direction, altitude, or speed. Common maneuvers include the CLIMB, LOOP, DIVE, and FISHTAIL. The CLIMB is an increase in altitude, usually done by increasing the angle of attack and thrust. The LOOP is a circular maneuver in which the aircraft flies in a vertical circle. The DIVE is a rapid descent in which the aircraft's nose is pointed downwards. Finally, the FISHTAIL is a maneuver in which the aircraft alternates between left and right turns.
