African Language is a broad term that encompasses many languages spoken in Africa. BANTU, SWAHILI, Tshi, Ruanda, and Congolese are all examples of African languages. BANTU is a language family spoken by over 200 million people across Central, East, and Southern Africa. SWAHILI is a BANTU language spoken by over 50 million people in East Africa. Tshi is a language spoken by the Akan people of Ghana and Cote d'Ivoire. Ruanda is a BANTU language spoken by over 12 million people in Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of Congo.
